Fall Clinics
1st & 2nd Grades: Mondays, 4-5pm: 8/31-10/12: Coach John Zurlo
Building a Foundation: This program will focus on the fundamentals: ground balls, passing, catching, shooting and defense.
3rd & 4th Grades: Mondays, 4-5pm: 8/31-10/12: Coach Alan Freemond
Hardwiring Core Fundamentals:This program will focus on the fundamentals using drills and game-like situations to further develop the basics: ground balls, passing, catching, shooting and defense.
5th-8th Grades: Sean Daley - 2 Options (some players do both sessions)
Tuesdays: 9/1-10/13
5th & 6th graders: 4-5:00pm
7th & 8th graders: 5-6:00pm
Wednesdays, 9/2-10/14
5th & 6th graders: 4-5:00pm
7th & 8th graders: 5-6:00pm
Sean Daley will coach the 5th-8th grade programs. These clinics will focus on developing high-IQ lacrosse players through principle-based training. Players will learn the "why" behind the game by emphasizing decision-making and applying concepts in game-like situations rather than memorizing plays.
Key areas of focus include:
- 1v1 decision-making and creating advantages
- 2-man principles (picks, slips, and rolls)
- Offensive spacing and timing
- Off-ball movement and offensive rotations
- Reading the field and making confident decisions under pressure
Every drill and small-sided game will be designed to reinforce these principles in a competitive, game-like environment that builds confidence, creativity, and Lacrosse IQ.
*All participants must be age-verified members of USA Lacrosse. You can join through the link below. If you are new to Kenilworth Lacrosse, please forward your son’s membership number to fallclinics@kenilworthlacrosse.com. When joining, follow the prompts carefully.

To register for these programs, please Venmo $130 @Kenilworth-Lacrosse. Please include the coach's name, what day/time slot and your son’s grade as of Fall 2026 in the comment section. Your son will be only be registered once your payment and his USA Lacrosse Membership number are received and your son has been age-verfied. No refunds after August 24.
